Free Shipping Policy

Place your order before 4:00 pm (CST), Monday-Friday, and we'll ship it the same day, provided the items are in stock. Nearly 98% of orders leave our warehouses promptly (excluding weekends & holidays). In the rare event of an item being out of stock, you'll receive an email with the expected availability date. Once shipped, the average Ground transit time is an additional 1 to 3 working days.

Qualifying items enjoy Free Shipping on all Rough Country orders. Eligible orders for Free Shipping are sent via ground delivery within the continental United States. Note that Free Shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Some larger or heavier products may require freight shipping, with commercial addresses (loading dock) enjoying free freight shipping.

Any shipment shortage should be reported within 5 business days. For packaging errors, provide us with the date/package code on the label with the part number for quality assurance in identifying and resolving issues.

Orders are typically shipped via standard Ground. However, we also offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air options. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses. We ship to all 50 states and Canada.

All prices are quoted in US (USD) dollars. Shipments to Canada are subject to tariffs, customs duties, and associated assessments. Customers are responsible for Import Duties, Brokerage Fees, VAT, and Customs Clearance Fees. Note that the shipping/handling charges on RoughCountry.com do not cover these fees.

Unless specified otherwise, all orders will be entered as ship and back order. Back orders ship as they become available. For back orders over 5 days old, we'll contact you before shipment. Freight is not allowed for back orders unless shipped with another qualifying order.
